To start, it’s essential to realize that weight doesn’t reflect your body make-up or your strength. You could be gaining muscle and becoming stronger even if your weight stays constant. Instead of leaning into weight measurements, why not think about performance gains, how your clothes fit, or how much more energy you have? You’ll soon realize that maintaining a healthy weight does not necessarily equate to being fit.
